Dear readers,
Hello again fellow hungry people! Visited NOM for a humble treat for mummy in conjunction with her birthday (suggested by sis). The following were what we ordered:
Nasi lemak was good. Can be shared by two if both are small eaters. |
Seafood risotto was good too! However, the more you eat, it really tastes like there's too much chicken stock and MSG. Nice but one of the pricier meal here. |
Ayam percik spaghetti. It can be considered a dish fusing malay and western cuisine. Tastes good but after a few scoops, it tasted really really salty. |
Fried rice with a fried chicken drumstick. Not bad, something simple yet sufficiently delicious. |
Highlight of the night: Lemon cake accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream! It was october- halloween month and the chef decided to design the cake in a form of a "ghost" and used chocolate sauce to form a spidey. The ghost's head was a sugar meringue. |
A close up of the dessert.
